What is Jerk?

The term “jerk” in this context refers to a style of cooking where meat, often chicken, is seasoned with a unique blend of spices, predominantly including Scotch bonnet peppers, allspice, thyme, garlic, and scallions. The meat is marinated to absorb these bold flavors before being slow-cooked over a pimento wood fire or smoker.

Whether served on the streets of Montego Bay or at a backyard barbecue, jerk chicken remains a symbol of Jamaican cuisine with its unique blend of spices.

Tender, juicy wings with a crispy exterior that deliver a punch of flavors in every bite. Whether served as an appetizer, party snack, or a main course, jerk chicken wings are a crowd-pleaser that never leaves a lasting impression.
