Yes! This recipe and can be made ahead of time store in a refrigerator for 3-4 days.

 

What ingredients you will need?

Macaroni salad ingredients

Macaroni – I use elbow macaroni for this recipe.
Vegetables – Green bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrot, and onion.
Condiments  Mayonnaise, white sugar, sweet relish, coconut oil, yellow mustard, smoked paprika, white pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Additional mix-ins
Tuna
Shrimp
Boil eggs

 

How to make Macaroni Salad?

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water add coconut oil mix, and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl add pasta, peppers, carrot, sweet relish, mayonnaise, black pepper, and sugar mix thoroughly. Then add smoked paprika and mustard and mix well.

Add pasta and vegetables

Step 3
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups cooked macaroni pasta
    1/2 Green bell pepper, seeded and diced
    Pinch smoked paprika
    1/2  Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    3/4 Cup light mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon white sugar
    1 Tablespoon sweet relish
    1 Medium shredded carrots, shredded
    1 Tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
    Pinch white pepper
    1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
    Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water add coconut oil mix, and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl add pasta peppers, carrot, sweet relish, mayonnaise, black pepper, and sugar, mix thoroughly. Then add smoked paprika and mustard and mix well.

3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. (Best when refrigerate overnight!)
