Red Velvet S’more Cookies

Red Velvet S’more Cookies

 

 

Ingredients
  • 1 Box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup white chocolate chip
  • 6 Pieces graham crackers square
  • 6 Pieces white baking chocolate bar
  • 6 Medium marshmallow

 

Instructions
  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl add cake mix, oil, and eggs using a spatula and mix until smooth then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
  • Assemble the cookie place 6 graham cracker squares on a baking sheet, and top each cracker with a piece of chocolate square and marshmallows.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, and flatten the dough into a disk large to cover the graham cracker. Push down gently to cover the graham cracker and marshmallow.
  • Refrigerate the cookie for 30 minutes this will prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown but still soft and chewy.
  • Remove and cool the cookie on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, then place cookies onto a wire rack to cool a bit more before storing.
