Ingredients:
- 1 boneless pork loin
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 sprigs dry thyme
- 3 sprigs dry rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 Tablespoons complete seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Ingredients for gravy
- 1 tablespoon dosing sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon complete seasoning
- pork loin drippings from the baking pan
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- First preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Then in a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper to create a herb rub.
- Then pat the pork loin dry with paper towels and rub the herb mixture evenly over the entire surface.
- Place the pork loin in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet with a rack now let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before roasting.
- Now roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Finally let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
