Jerk Marinade Seasoned Rice bold, buttery, spicy, herby and full of flavor. And the perfect savory side dish you have been missing from your dinner table. This quick and easy rice dish recipe is made with a lot of herbs, spices, and vegetables. Yes! seasoned rice can be eaten as it is. But pairing it with your favorite choice of meat is also a great option for the entire family.

While some ingredient are always optional with this recipe, I suggest you stick to the main ingredients. i.e mild jerk marinade, soy sauce and all the vegetables to get that authentic taste.

Note – It is not a traditional Jamaican season rice.

Will it be spicy?
No! it will not be spicy once you use Walkerswood Jerk Marinade is currently my favorite.

What is seasoned rice?
Seasoned rice is basically rice cooked with herbs and spices to provide additional flavor to the side dish.

What is Jerk Marinade?
Jerk marinade is a wet marinade blend of herb and spicy that can be use on meats and seafood.

Here I added bell pepper and onion  Wash and add white rice Water was add to cook jerk marinade season rice

What ingredients you will need?

Jerk Marinate – Is the main ingredients Walkerswood Mlid Jerk Seasoning.
Powder seasoning – Complete season, garlic season, onion powder and salt to taste.
Herbs & Spice – All spice berries and fresh thyme.
Vegetable – Chopped sweet onion, green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, scotch bonnet and green onion.
Water – Use water to cook the rice however you can use any liquid of choice.
Rice – Any rice can be use however Mahatma Jasmine Rice  for this recipe.
Condiments – Unsalted butter and soy sauce.

How to make Jerk Marinade Seasoned Rice?

Step 1
In a skillet low flame add butter and onion sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, add onions, bell pepper, jerk marinade, green onion, thyme, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and all spice berries sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 2
Add wash rice and mix well to get all the season into the rice then add water. And cover rice using a tight lid or aluminum foil. Allow to cook for 20-30 minutes or until all the liquids are absorbed into the rice. Using a spatula to fluff rice and serve warm.

Jerk Marinade Season Rice 

Ingredients

    2 Cups White rice
    3 1/2 Cups water
    1/2 Cup dice green bell pepper
    1/2 Cup dice yellow bell pepper
    1/2 Cup dice orange bell pepper
    1/2 Cup dice white onion
    3 Tablespoons Jerk marinate
    2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 Tablespoon Complete seasoning
    1 Teaspoon garlic powder
    1 Teaspoon onion powder
    1 Green onion chopped
    4 Sprig thyme
    4-5 All spice berries
    1 Scotch bonnet pepper
    Salt to taste
Instructions
