Condiments- mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha, and grated Parmesan can be used as a topping and dipping sauce.
How to make Seasoned Plantain Fries?
Step 1
Peel and slice the plantains into ½-inch-thick fries-shaped pieces. Add the season listed above. Add the oil to a heavy bottomed pot or skillet and heat to 300 degrees F.
Step 2
Gently add the plantains to the oil using a cooking thong and fry for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain, Garnish toss and serve.

• Oil for frying
• 1 Teaspoon onion powder
• Pinch of Salt & pepper
• 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 Teaspoon chili powder
• 1 Teaspoon paprika
• 2 Teaspoon corn starch (optional)
Dipping Sauce
• 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons ketchup
• 2 Tablespoons sriracha
Garnish (optional)
• 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan
• 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
• Dash of parsley flakes
