Now making the perfect rice is easy as 1, 2, 3. Basic rules of measurements for making rice is 1 cup rice to 2 cups water ratio. However some rice is slightly different and it depends on how you like your rice too. For me I love a good Fluffy Shelly rice to achieve that the ratio is little different you will need 1 cup rice to 1 1/2 or 1 1/4 cup water.
