Smoke Cajun Chicken Wings recipe is crispy on the outside with a hint of smoky flavor from the pellets that I use. This recipe was inspired by Ninja Woodfire Recipe cook book.

The Recipe:
Smoke Cajun Chicken Wings
Prep: 10 Minutes
Preheat: 8-10 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Makes: 3-4 Servings
Ingredients
4 Pounds chicken wings
4-5 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 Tablespoon complete seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl wash, clean and seasoning chicken wings with ingredients listed above i.e cajun seasoning, complete seasoning, salt and pepper allow to marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator.
2. To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place. Place Air Crisp Basket on grill grate, then close the hood.
3. While holding the smoke box lid open, use the pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smoke box until filled to the top. Then close the smoke box lid.
4. Turn dial to AIR CRISP. Press WOODFIRE FLAVOR. Set temperature to 390 Degree Fahrenheit, and set time to 30 minutes. Set START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 8-10 minutes).
5. When unit beeps to signify it has preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open hood and place wings in basket. Close hood to begin cooking. Several time during cooking, open hood and use a silicone-tipped tongs to. flip the wings. (I flip chicken wings after the first 10 minutes and every 5 minutes after that).
6. When cooking is complete, open hood, remove chicken wings from basket, and Serve with your favorite sides.
Grilling Pellets
I use Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey Pellets but any Ninja Woodfire Pellets can use.
