Smoked Jerk Chicken is moist and juicy on the inside with a hint of mild delicious smoke flavor from the all-purpose blend wood pellets that I use.
While Smoked Jerk Chicken is traditional Jerk Chicken with an extra step instead of using regular pimento wood to jerk. For that smoky flavor I use wood pellets to smoke chicken on the grill for the last 10 minutes.
Tools I use to make Smoked Jerk Chicken:
Ninja WOODFIRE Grill
Plastic Tip Tongs
