Dry ingredients – All-purpose flour, baking powder Powder Seasoning – For additional flavor such as black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, complete season, black pepper, and white pepper. It’s okay to omit some of these seasons.
Oil – Vegetable or coconut oil for frying
Bell peppers – I use green, yellow, and red optional vegetables but grate for color
Liquid – Water was use to make the batter.
How to make Seafood Fritters?
Step 1
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, black pepper, salt, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Gently fold in the chopped seafood mix, shrimp, lobster, bell peppers, onion, thyme, green onion, scotch bonnet pepper, thyme leaves and chopped parsley.
Step 3
Gradually add water or milk to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan on medium to low heat. Using a spoon or a small scoop, carefully drop spoonfuls of the fritter batter into the hot oil. Be cautious not to overcrowd the skillet.

Ingredients
• 2 Cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 Cup sweet dice onion
• 2 Chopped Green onion
• 1/4 Cup dice bell green peppers
• 1/4 Cup dice yellow bell pepper
• 1/4 Cup red bell pepper
• 1 Slice Scotch bonnet pepper
• 5 Sprig thyme leaves
• 1 Cup chopped shrimp
• 1 lobster tail lobster chopped
• Oil for frying
• 1 Cup seafood medley
• 6 Teaspoon baking powder
• 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 Cup water or milk
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 Teaspoon Complete season
• 1/2 Teaspoon Onion powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon White pepper
• 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Dipping sauce
• 2 tablespoons Mayo
• 2 tablespoons Ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Smoke paprika
• 1 tablespoon Sriracha
• 1 tablespoon Sweet chili
Instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, black pepper, salt, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper in a mixing bowl.
Gently fold in the chopped seafood medley, shrimp, lobster, bell peppers, onion, thyme, green onion, scotch bonnet pepper, thyme leaves and chopped parsley.

Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan on medium to low heat. Using a spoon or a small scoop, carefully drop spoonfuls of the fritter batter into the hot oil. Be cautious not to overcrowd the skillet.
